Our company operates in the market of the daily rent in Kiev since 2000. In that time the first apartments at Khreshchatyk street were bought, renovated, equipped and fully prepared.

Since then much has changed. During this time, we have increased the number of apartments for rent in dozens of times! Acquired and established effective relationships with many customers. Among them are individuals and legal entities. Now with us of a daily basis are working: “OpenID”, “Procter & Gamble”, “Bank of New York”, the French company “Louis Vyuton”, we are actively engaged in the apartment distribution to the  participants passing to the TV project “Star factory”, the insurance company “American International Group”, etc.

Beginning with the first employee in 2000 to the present time our staff amount has been increased to 25 people, including our assistants! We have acquired valuable experience in organizing and providing hotel services, short-term rental, daily delivery of flats. We really enjoy working with people! We love to socialize, take care and solve problems that may arise among our guests during their business trips!

We try to be flexible and always try to find common ground or compromise for mutual benefit, where both sides win! The remarkable formula of such relations is: “Win-win!” If we cannot reach an agreement, we are ready to make concessions and even a bit loose in the way to reach the main aim: to bring more  joy and positive thinking to this world! We are convinced that money is not so important in comparison with being a harmonious and peaceful pastime on this earth!
